How SHE Became the Effect
Self Healing Effect was born out of necessity. A sacred response to the need for transformation, and the desire to live.
SHE started as a whisper—a call from spirit that said, “There’s more. And it starts with you.”
What began as one woman’s personal healing journey expanded into a space for others to heal themselves too. Through Reiki, through remembrance, through intuitive tools and soul work—SHE became a home for those who needed to feel safe inside their own energy again.
SHE has always been about real healing. The kind that doesn’t ask you to perform perfection. The kind that lets you cry, rest, rage, release, and rise. We don’t believe in fixing people. We believe in giving people the tools to feel themselves again. We believe healing is not a straight line—it’s a spiral, a wave, a deep breath after the breakdown.
And SHE will walk with you through it.

Self Healing Effect exists to offer soul-led support, spiritual education, and community that empowers you to trust your own body, your own wisdom, your own timeline. We teach Reiki and other healing modalities in a way that’s accessible, rooted in integrity, and grounded in real-life experience. You won’t just learn how to hold space for others—you’ll learn how to truly hold space for yourself.
Where We’re Headed
SHE is evolving.
We are expanding into a full spiritual education platform, offering online courses, in-person retreats, virtual and live certification programs, and deep sisterhood gatherings. More practitioners. More paths. More ways to return to yourself.
This is not just a school.
